1. Agreement To Terms

About your access to and use of the https://www.sportssio.com website, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”), you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Sportssio (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You acknowledge and accept that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to be bound by all of these Conditions of Use before visiting Sportssio.

You are strictly forbidden from using Sportssio and must stop using it right away if you disagree with any or all of these terms of use.

As a result, anybody choosing to access Sportssio from another place does so of their own free will and is entirely responsible for adhering to local laws, if and to the extent that they apply.

Except as permitted by applicable law, decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of Sportssio.
Except as may be the result of the standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses Sportssio, or using or launching any unauthorized script or other software.
Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on Sportssio.
Make any unauthorized use of Sportssio, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
Use Sportssio as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use Sportssio and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.
Use Sportssio to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
Sell or otherwise transfer your profile.

5. User-Generated Contributions

Users cannot publish or post material on the website. The ability to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on Sportssio, including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, or other material (collectively, “Contributions”), may be made available to you. Other Site users and third-party websites may be able to access contributions. As a result, Sportssio Privacy Policy may be applied to any Contributions you send. You represent and warrant the following when you produce or otherwise make any Contributions available:

You have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in your Contributions to use the name or likeness of each and every such identifiable individual person to enable inclusion and use of your Contributions in any manner contemplated by Sportssio and these Terms of Use.
Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading.
Your Contributions are not unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, or other forms of solicitation.
Your Contributions are not obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by us).
Your Contributions do not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse anyone.
Your Contributions are not used to harass or threaten (in the legal sense of those terms) any other person or to promote violence against a specific person or
class of people.
Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.
Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law concerning child pornography, or otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors.
Your Contributions do not include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap.
Your Contributions do not otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, any provision of these Terms of Use, or any applicable law or regulation.

Any use of Sportssio in violation of the foregoing violates these Terms of Use and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use Sportssio.

6. Contribution License

You agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide following the terms of the Privacy Policy and your choices
(including settings).

By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding Sportssio, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

Your Donations are not our property, according to us. All of your contributions, as well as any related intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights, are wholly yours. We disclaim all responsibility for any assertions or representations made by you in any of your Contributions to the Service. You expressly agree to absolve us of any liability and to forgo taking legal action against us in connection with your contributions, which you are exclusively responsible for on Sportssio.

Such Third Party Websites and Third-Party Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through Sportssio or any Third-Party Content posted on, available through, or installed from Sportssio, including the content, accuracy, offensiveness, opinions, reliability, privacy practices, or other policies of or contained in the Third-Party Websites or the Third-Party Content. Inclusion of, linking to, or permitting the use or installation of any Third-Party Websites or any Third-Party Content does not imply approval or endorsement thereof by us. Without limiting any other provision of these terms of use, we reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without prior notification or liability, refuse access to and use of Sportssio to anyone for any reason or no reason at all, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these terms of use or of any applicable law or regulation. This right includes blocking specific IP addresses. Moreover, we retain the right to change or stop offering Sportssio altogether at any time without prior notice. Every time Sportssio is altered, its price is raised, it is suspended, or it is discontinued, we won’t be held responsible to you or any other person.

The availability of Sportssio cannot be guaranteed at all times. We could encounter hardware, software, or other issues or need to carry out maintenance on Sportssio, which might cause disruptions, delays, or mistakes.
